We have 13 different locations around the world. You can view all of them when you choose a cloud server plan.
Yes, we offer cloud server administration to help you with any issues you may encounter.
After payment, your custom cloud server will be set up within 60 seconds.
Each cloud server comes with a dedicated IP address, and you can order additional IP addresses that can be moved to any of your servers at the same location.
Basic service level up to 12 hours – Default support level providing minimal support.
Business service level up to 4 hours – Adapted for the professional use of a server.
Critical service level up to one hour – In case of critical use (database, e-commerce).
We currently accept Card, PayPal, and Cryptocurrencies.
