What these results can tell you.
Measured performance of the tested plans, in the named regions, during each recorded test window. Network values come from a single LibreSpeed trial: a linked supplement on the same VM when available, otherwise a later separate VM matching provider, plan, recorded region and resources. The destination is Frankfurt; each value links to that network report.
Other hosts, times, workloads, and routes may differ. A missing result means untested, not zero. No 24-hour consistency run is included.
